I have been very happy with this device. I am not a IEEE or a power user. But have tried most of the settings. It can be annoying that the device is set to expect answers to multiple of 2 rather than one. But it does not take much to get used too. Still learning features.Handles Coils, Resistors, Capacitors, Diode, Transistor, Voltage, Amperage, and Frequency. -All without breaking the bank, and in the same form factor as newer Fluke Multimeters so they look like part of a set in the same kit.Switch is only settings. There is a button for power. It will switch itself off after a time you cannot adjust. It will sound like a classic StarTrek communicator flipping closed, a small squawk.No back light. Nothing to be configured.

I wish the Inductance meter had a lower range. I planned on using the meter for Radio Control brushless motor inductance measurements; however, the unit will not measure micro henries as the motor windings are 150ish uH. Seems to work well other than that and is fairly accurate; nice large display with reading hold and separate power on/off button.

A nice meter to replace my older unit. Easy to read and the back-light is very bright. My only complaint is that it will not measure 60Hz line frequency. The lowest frequency is 300Hz. I need that to calibrate my gas generator for voltage and frequency.

Began displaying varying "ghost" voltages without cause. Also jumps almost a volt above actual rms ac/dc reading when backlight button is pressed. Looks great but extremely unreiable.
