Zep ZUCSM32 Clear Shell Mold and Mildew Inhibitor

It kept the mildew off most wood, fabric and plastic surfaces, but some spots on the wood returned after a few months. I reapplied and it hasn't returned for about 7 months. It has been very rainy and some of the spots are starting to return, but it is vastly better than before, and works for much longer than vinegar and bleach. For it to really kill the mildew you have to completely soak porous materials, and I ran out and haven't purchased any more. I'm kind of concerned that there might be health detriments of using this after looking at the warnings on the bottle - but it's probably not worse than breathing in mildew spores every day. I'm not sure if I will purchase more, it might require some research.

I thought it worked very good . Now I'm waiting to see if it repeals mold longer like it says .we have much moisture in Florida and the overhang on the aluminum gets moldy and green so we'll see would have given it five stars if I knew it lasts longer than my last brother

I like the concept a lot. I am giving this more time to see how this works over long haul. I am new to this product. So far it is keeping that orange shadow that can build between scrubs. I like it so far. Decent price too. I will order another bottle.

We'll see if it keeps the mold down.

Sprayed this on all my beach chairs and items made of fabric in my garage and they have not had any mold issues as the heat and humidity of summer have set in here in South Carolina.

Used it in a garage after I cleaned Mildew after a flood. The mildew has not come back.
