2 velcro panels are awesome at giving that extra cinch under the bust and under the gut.-This item is of great quality and well worth the money. My back feels supported and it covers my torso to my pubic bone so you're getting coverage everywhere. It took 20 minutes struggling to get this on but once I did, it zipped up just fine. This item is latex but lined on the inside for extra comfort. I had to stand on it to stretch out the panels and that worked combined with lying on the bed to get it on. I didn't want to get a bigger one because there is no point and after reading the reviews, everyone seemed to feel they needed a smaller one and I don't want to mess with ordering another one so soon. I placed an order for a 3X.-My measurements are, 38-36-48, I'm 5'2", and 208lbs. I have 1 child and work out 3-4 days a week.-I can sit in this just fine, breathe just fine, and use the restroom without a problem. I love the shape it gives my silhouette and this does not feel bad like some other cinchers do when it starts feeling bad at your ribcage. This product deserves 10 stars.

I ordered a 5xl according to my measurements & it was way too big. It zipped up too easy and didn’t “tuck” me in. I’m 5’9” and 289 lbs. I’m in the process of losing weight so I wanted to fit really snug so I wouldn’t have to size down so soon. I exchanged sizes for a 3X, it took me a bit of struggle to get it zipped (wish they would enclose hooks on the inside) but once I got it zipped and fastened, it fit like a GLOVE! It holds me in & made me sweat right away. Can’t wait to wear it at the gym. Would definitely order again once I start going down in size.

I’m 5’3. About 170lbs. (But like it says buy based on your measurements) And purchased a 3xxx and still have room to make it tighter once I start losing inches! I love that it has the double wraps for compression to get the top and bottom

I freaking love this thing ! I weight 225 lbs and i am 5’8 , i ordered a 4xl based on reviews and it fits great! I could definitely have gone dowm to a 3xl for more pressure but i’m a c section mom with 4 months post labor. Quality is really good. So when it came it fit good but i was worried it would stretch when i sweat while working out but to be honest it held up amazing also it doesn’t roll and it does fall down or go up when running and it covered my entire lower stomach all the way up till under my boobs. This is also such a good product because it did not hurt my c-section scar. Some activities bother me still even though i have healed and i was worried this would make it worse but actually with this on i didn’t feel anything while i was working out. I would recommend 100% and if it gets to big i will just sew it to a smaller size.

I hate that this product is so hard to zip all the way. Most trainers come with a hook and zip. I am a size small. So there’s no reason why this trainer shouldn’t fit me. For me to wear this trainer, I need someone to zip it up while I hold it. It’s pretty much useless if I can’t use it. They should have inserted hooks before the zippers instead of just zippers. Other than that, I gave it 3 stars because it has a very good quality material.

I weigh around 215 and am 5'6 and bought the large and it fits great.. I haven't used it to the gym yet but so far so good
