It leaked
This is the second time I buy "the set", which is not really a packed set. Unfortunately, the shampoo arrived leaking. I'm disappointed because that should not happen.

Will not buy again
As soon as I switched to this shampoo, I started losing a lot, and I mean A LOT of hair. As in clumps of my hair coming out daily when brushing and when washing my hair. I thought it was hormonal or medical, but as soon as I switched back to a different shampoo, it stopped.Also, just as a shampoo, it did not even get my hair clean. I'd wash like normal and my hair would still be oily when it dried. Not a problem I've had with other products.
