I am extremely happy with my Lojels. I wanted to wait to write my review so that I can give anyone who may be hesitant about this product a clearer viewpoint.Purchase/Color: Lojel Octa Orange (Large & Medium)Lojel Octa Purple (Medium)Lojel Octa Red (Medium)Purpose: International move/ needed new luggageReview: Our Lojels were packed to max capacity because we were moving to Europe. We traveled from Miami to Philly to Germany. From being thrown around at the airport to getting dropped on the pavement in Europe from the luggage carts, to being thrown inside of shuttles and stacked on top of other luggage here is my review.Through its transport from three airports, our luggage still looks great, almost new. I expected some scratches & damages, more particularly on my personal Orange Lojel but to be honest, there was no damage and a few faint black marks. The orange also stood out from all the other luggage at baggage claim and so did the other 2 colors. This, in my opinion, is attributed to Lojels sleek design. I immediately spotted our luggage out of the hundreds of dark colored luggage. So far so good and I would repurchase these sets again.Note: Don't be alarmed because there is no interior lining to these sets. This almost steered me away from purchasing because I was used to having it in there, which is pretty standard for most luggage. But really it makes no difference and is almost better because in my old Samsonite hard shell the fabric tore. Plus there are plenty of zippers and compartments to keep your things sturdy.I have attached some pictures of the Lojels status after arriving to Europe.

I LOVE the security of this suitcase!! It’s Sturdy! Don’t like how airlines treat it, BUT it hold up! GREAT buy! Went to Mexico twice and have traveled around US and it’s EZ to roll, looks elegant, secure, sturdy handle. In my opinion its Costoms proof, Kids proof, pet proof lol. Costoms didn’t break it, my kids are rough with it and it didn’t break! The bright colors make it EZ for identifying at airport. We are a family of 4 and we each have our own suitcase with different color. Medium seems to work better than the large. The large ones I tend to pack more which increase the weight and cost a when checking bag. The medium allows me plenty of space. Need to organize a bit better and fits what I need! LOVE it!

Really liked the suitcase until after 2 week long business trips I noticed that it was hard to wheel. When I got home discover that one wheel had lost 3 bolts and was almost off and another wheel had lost 2 bolts. The wheels are molded in so no easy fix. Unfortunately to late to send back.

I used to be a loyal customer of Lojel, bought there bags for all the family (we travel much)for couple of months now I am trying to get Lojel to fix 2 begs that the wheels broke. it is like the wheels were made to last for 2-3 years and then both bags rubber wheels dry out and broke.they do answer and they do promise to send new wheels, however their response is very very slow, and as I am traveling they do not help with getting the wheels to me.recently they asked for 140 dollars to get the wheels to me. I guess I will just throw the beg and buy a new one.they also not provide the 20 cents alen key that is required to replace the wheel and I had to go and look for hardware store while traveling.

Suitcase holds up well so far but I ordered these because it is listed as a Large but has medium size dimensions. Please be advised these are medium sized spinners

Great looking suitcase, haven't use it yet so that why the four stars . Is very light, like how it thigtly it closes so no rain nor snow will get in.

like it so much, i bought another one...pros: sleek design, well made, clasps instead of zippers and light weightcons: the id tag is so well hidden, the airline might not see it (lojel should print "ID" on the rubber cover)the lock is as easy as a bicycle or ski lock. remove the little orange plastic retainer. move the lever in the direction of the arrow. set the combination. move the lever back. replace the orange plastic retainer.

Really solid. It locks to keep inappropriate hands out, and when it closes the case itself clamps together to form one solid shell rather than using a zipper that can break or get crushed. Even the side buckles that don't have a combination lock have a switch to lock them closed for extra safety. Especially for traveling internationally in countries where pilfering is a problem, this suitcase is the solution. I highly recommend it.
