Reusch Kevlar Goalkeeper Pant

Well-made, quality pants. Enthusiastic endorsement. Only thing keeping it from getting a 5-star rating is that I needed to buy ancillary knee pads (McDavid 6440 Hex-Force) for the patella area. When diving, one knee gets tucked-up and this causes the built-in knee pad to ride up and expose everything below my kneecap. A head-scratcher (why not extend pad 3 more inches?), but my fix did the trick. Perhaps it's not a problem for a taller and/or skinnier 'Keeper - maybe the kneepads sit lower on the leg. I'm 5-8" & 180 lbs.Others' comments regarding no stirrups didn't apply to me: I mostly play indoor soccer & wear shin guards, which prevent ride-up.

Great pants! Using them about 3 times a week for Coed and Men's indoor soccer teams. The knees show no sign of wear what-so-ever. 1000% better than diving without padding. -1 one star because the seam between the lower knee pad and the leg tore on my first game, but it was an easy mend.

Seemed like a decent pant but, as I expected, they are designed for midgets not real humans. I'm only 6'2" and these were several inches short of being acceptable in length. The padding is worthless but I expected that. Sent them back because of the size.

These are great! I pulled the padding out of the hips but it's there if you want or need it. The fields I play on are already soft so it wasn't a big deal.First time you take a knee or slide you know you made a good choice. I easily slide further and don't cut myself on the turf.Not tight and my knee braces (bulky) fit underneath them easily.

I was using the Reusch 868 Alex pant before this and went through pairs quickly playing on a hard and abrasive indoor soccer field. I've had this pair for a few weeks and the different style knee pad seems to be holding up much better. The hip pads are also removable which is nice but they are a little tricky to get back in. The only thing I am missing from the 868 pants are the loops at the bottom around the foot. Otherwise, great pants.

Adult Medium doesn't fit my daughter who stands 5'7". No stirrups on legs allows cuffs to ride up her leg every time she moves.

Best goalkeeper pants on the market. Thick reinforced Kevlar knees, and very well constructed. My only complaint would be that a a more dense foam should have been used in the hip protection areas similar to that of Storelli's protective gear. Even absent that, these pants are the ones to Buy!

My son needed goalie pants for this season, and these were just fantastic. Warm yet very flexible and washes very good.
