No sure, but it does work with my Bose earphones.

No. It does not have a Bluetooth receiver. Only an output to connect to external headphone devices. With aux yes. But either way the Bluetooth on this device does not work as described. When I finally connected to my Bluetooth device there was way to much static... I googled all over... Anyway . A Bluetooth responder with *receiver would be more functional to connect to a truck . Look up brand *Aluratek* I use a small responder that can connect & receive Bluetooth. I use it with my CD that I had previously to the one I threw away from Amazon. So the answer is going to be no.
