It was a gift for my husband since he works outside alot. He really seems to like it. Kids want one too because it also acts as a charger and a light.

The unit pretty much works as stated. However, I find it to be a bit large for my hands (I wear a men's large glove. very typical). Paperwork that came with the unit states that it has a 2 year warranty and gives a web site to register. This does not exist. Their web site does not have any info regarding any warranty. The web site does have a place for you to leave a message but that doesn't work either. Makes one wonder if this unit will last. Did not find any info regarding lifetime.

Dislike short battery life. Like easy to use. Use it in a mitten.

As a Christmas gift it was much appreciated.

I bought four of these hand warmers. I charged all overnight and they appeared to take the charge fine. Took one to the golf course today and set it on the low setting. Lasted less than 30 minutes. I have not even tried the others. With the first one I tried failing I figure it is a substandard product and don't even want to mess with the others. My guess is this product has a very high failure rate and the supplier figures not that many people will return them. I'm losing my confidence in the products and rating system Amazon uses. At least the return system works well.

Great product and great price

Fails to mention that you have to keep it charged throughout the summer as well or the battery goes junk. Would have been nice to know before ordering considering I only used it for the winter.

This gadget is awesome! Even the "low" setting is very warm. Feeling very prepared for the cold winter months.
