Yes, you only get one. I think the picture is trying to show the different sizes and shapes so buyers aren't expecting a specific look. These are real and easy to find if you know where to look. But there are lots of replicas out there. They're just letting you know which they are offering. I have purchased several. My daughter made one into a necklace for her 7-year-old nephew. He loves it.
