It works like the name brand stuff for me and the price is better so I'm happy.

My doctor recommended I use a combination of OTC meds to cure my sinus infection instead of an antibiotic, and Flonase was one of the meds recommended. I checked and found that Flonase is quite expensive and could not find a generic equivalent in my local drug store, only the kinds of sprays that you should only use for a max of three days. When I found this item on Amazon, I decided that it was as close to Flonase as I could find so I ordered it. I have ben using it for several weeks now, and for me, it works as well as the prescription Flonase that I have used in the past. Neither work as well as the short-term nasal sprays for immediately clearing the congestion, but since my sinus problem was ongoing, I needed something I could use on a daily basis throughout the pollen season. I would recommend this nasal spray if you have a similar need.

I use two sprays per day in each nostril each morning and the dosage performs well for 24 hours.

This is just as described in the product, similar to Flonase but slightly stronger while lower on price. I have a long history of wet coughs and mucus forms very often as I have a dns. I only used it once and I can clearly feel my throat much clear than yesterday. I will continue using it for the next two weeks at least as discussed with my doctor. P.S. make sure to use a generic nasal saline before you use this spray, this will help to hydrate the nasal cavity a bit better and you will feel a lot better.

I have used a lot of generics for Flownase--this was about the same as all the others. The "flavor" is chemical like the other ones, but not bitter or unpleasant like prescription Astilin. It worked as well as any other brand I've used--including the original name brand. Good bargain for the same medication as you've probably been using. Helpful for relieving allergy symptoms and irritated mucous mebranes.

This is a better value than the name brand, I do wish the price was lower. The bottle sprays well, until you get to the end of the bottle, there is a bit of wasted product, but not so much that it bothers me to reorder. Worth buying if your insurance doesn't cover the brand name allergy spray.

This product is excellent. It is easy to use and the entire contents of the spray bottle can be applied. It is so convenient to be able to order it and have it on hand. I have been so happy to be able to order it.
