Good product and you can hear great if in a quieter environment. My work is always in noisy environments so I wish the speaker was louder and it only came with one size ear piece that seems a little large

I do not recommend this headset unless most of your use will occur in a VERY quiet environment. The volume is so low that the tone indicating an incoming call is easily missed in even moderately noisy places like a noisier office or a moving car. If the manufacturer's packaging had not been so flimsy that I tore it apart when opening it, I would have sent this item back. It's the 5th bluetooth headset I have owned, and it's easily the biggest disappointment of the lot. I use bluetooth headsets heavily; do yourself a favor and consider a Plantronics Voyager Legend or a Plantronics Voyager Edge. If they are compatible with your phone or computer, either one of them will serve you MUCH better than this.

Handy little Bluetooth. Great size. Good call quality. Even washed it on accident one time. Still worked afterwards.

I bought this product for my grandson and he loves it. It fits his ear well and is of good quality.

I hate how it fits in my ear, and they don't provide any other earbuds for different sizes. The noise reduction is good, but the earbud and the hook are terrible. I would not recommend, and now I have to buy another one. I'm very disappointed in this Samsung production. They are much better than this.

It is a very comfortable hands-free, has very good battery performance is clearly heard. I recommend it.

Terrible sound quality, have to be in a quiet place to hear the person you are talking to. And the mic picks up a lot of background noise! For the money paid its not worth it!
