I did hours of research on hybrid mattresses and I tried to get the features of an expensive branded hybrid mattress for a much more affordable price. It is comfortable but the pillow built into the top is not as comfortable as I expected. However it is probably the most uncomfortable mattress that I have ever bought and does have the features of a mattress that costs many hundreds of pounds more. It’s not perfect but it’s close to it and I don’t believe there is a mattress on the market in the same price range that delivers as much as this does. Definitely recommend to everyone

When I saw all the positive reviews I was quite swayed. Next day it was on lightning deal, 100% big brother working his magic there. I have it on top of the thin "mattress" of the sofabed that I was sleeping on after reading a review about slat spacing compatibility. I slept on it the first night and it was very comfortable. By now it had been over 24 hours since it's been unpacked and still feeling comfortable. The pillow top makes it feel so nice and soft but supportive from the mattress itself...A bit like the hypnos beds from Premier Inn with maybe a slightly thinner pillow top. Nonetheless I look forward to sleeping on it for many nights to come!UPDATE 10 months later:STILL very comfortable. I have upgraded to a bed frame, with wooden slats after figuring out that maybe the slat issue was due to the round metal rods instead of slats that some of the cheaper metal frames in the market have. I have to say going to bed is still my favourite activity, if it wasn't before (lol? Hard to believe). I still lay in it and roll about in the morning thinking "gosh this pillow top is so comfortable!". A friend of mine also tried this mattress and they also said this is so comfortable that it makes their (used to be) comfortable mattress feel uncomfortable due to feeling the springs. They were very sad that the largest mattress this brand does is a double and he has a king bed :D (yes, I do gloat about my mattress to them occasionally...and yes it feels good!)

Great for a single person, good for couple. May have a dip? We did go from king to twin, to reduce footprint in room, so keep this in mind with the dip issue later... that said the one issue we had/have still, is the dip. When bed unraveled and was left to rest for half the day we were eager to climb in, but it was not a peaceful rest. That first night was rough, hard unforgiving and awkward to get comfy (can be common with new bed not just this one). Our daughter the next day 18 hours after unrolled, sat watching telly in our room, she likes watching on our TV as it has vhs still.... anyways... she is (hope she does not mind this shared) is 56.7kgs so average for her size and height, she sat watching 2 movies so about 3-4hours. This is important bare with us. In the middle of the bed. Now not sure if it is foam that formed or the bed itself, but the second night and ever since, we find we both roll I to the dip where she sat. We tried sitting on edges, tried flipping (One sided matress btw can not be flipped hence 3star for value), tried a few things, but that dip still there. So hope this resolves in time, maybe the foam is just slow to expand or the smaller size bec gives the impression of us meeting in middle. But EVeRYthing else is great, awesome bed, apart from the daughter sized dip in middle it is great, which may fade, or may been caused by our daughter sitting there before bed fully formed, just though we mention it.

We bought this mattress for the single bed in our guest bedroom, however, at present, the room is being used on a regular basis.When the mattress arrived, and we saw what had been delivered, the saying “you pay for what u get” sprung to mind, given the price that we had paid! This was the first time I’d ever seen a mattress delivered rolled up, and not flat!!We thought that when it unfolded, it would be nowhere near as deep as we anticipated. However, how wrong we were!!As stated, we left the mattress flat for 24 hours, without being used, allowing the air pockets to fully inflate.Wow!! What a misconception!!.... From thinking the mattress would be flat and uncomfortable, my partner who uses that bedroom when he stays over to care for me, 3 or 4 nights a week, said it has to be one of the most comfortable mattresses he has ever slept on, some of which have cost 2 and 3 times more than this one.I would certainly buy more of these mattresses when needed and have already recommended them to friends and family.It’s nowadays several months since we bought the mattress, and it’s still as comfortable and as firm, as the day we bought it.Given the hot weather that we’ve had in recent months, it’s also proved to keep him cool during the night, unlike the mattress that we replaced.

It’s a nice mattress but I wouldn’t say it’s firm, it’s more medium firm, I’ve left it to long to return it, so will have to put it on the spare bed.

It needs to be unpacked and laid flat for two or three days before use I've only had it a couple of days but it is so far very comfortable

I have been sleeping on a very old mattress for years now and I wake up every morning in agony.I have osteoarthritis in my spine and hips and thought that all of my pain was due to this.It wasn't until I started getting stabbed by protruding springs that I decided to get a new mattress. So, I bought this one.For the first few nights/mornings, nothing changed, I still woke up in agony even though the mattress obviously felt more comfortable than my old one. Then one morning (about day 4 or 5) I woke up and I felt pretty good. I had slept through the night, almost (5 hours, which is good for me). I still have a lot of pain, I always will, but it's not as bad as usual. This is definitely the best mattress I've ever owned, I only wish I had bought it before.My son needs a new mattress and I intend buying him one of these. He is in for a treat.
