are the holes in the shelves pre-drilled?

They are not. In order to put this together you will need a drill.

Hi what is the difference between two tiers and two tiers 002?

Dear customer, there is no obvious difference between them, we are unified in the later stage!

Can you adjust the height?

The height is not adjustable - it's very nice but a bit of a challenge to assemble as there are no predrilled holes. The design may have changed in the 2 + years that I have had this.

how heavy is the box with the fixtures and etc

my husband puts quite a few of his heavy jackets on it as well as sweaters and other heavy items and it's holding up very well thus far
