Arrived on time. There is no heavy smell and though quite large pills they are easy to swallow. I am giving these 5 stars now, which is quite soon after buying them however..... it could be a coincidence but the injury to the back of my knee (playing with the grand kids on the trampoline) which happened a few months ago, has miraculously improved . The swelling at the back of my knee has reduced which has now reduced the knee cap pain. I was in a lot of pain then took these the first day they arrived. I am now on day 5. I no longer have to wear my knee brace all the time or take pain relief every 2 hours through the day. I am not saying my knee and ligaments are back to normal as yet but I truly believe these has made the massive turn around in their recovery and the reduction of the swelling causing other problems with the knee. I will definitely be ordering again

I love these. I have been taking them for around 12 months now and feel as though my joint are no longer sore and stiff. Obviously at certain times oft the year I feel stiff usually in the colder months, and being a female of a certain age I sometimes feel stiff at certain points of the month. But generally I am so very happy with these tablets. I recommend them to everyone.

I noticed that my shoulder joints in my arms were getting quite sore, even though in every day life I do a lot of movement. I was told that the black pepper added empowers the results of the turmeric. I’ve been using it now for nearly 2 months and I’ve certainly noticed a difference. Definitely worth buying trying.

Excellent for health has really helped inflammation issues

I have given this product 3 stars as I feel concerned. I've just started my 2nd bottle. I felt they were helping, even though they are a mare to swallow. (they are huge) I've had to stop as I was told that they are actually dangerous to take with certain prescription medication. Particularly the 2 medications I take. This should be mentioned BEFORE you put it in your basket. Google "Will Turmeric affect me with my prescription meds" Shame as turmeric is good for joints.

Was told by a chef add one to your korma. Well I never. He said it was the secret ingredient used by many a smelly deli belly chef. I was amazed.
