Printmaster 2012 Platinum

Di purchased this I realize it was2014 but I only used it a couple time the other day I tried to use it and could bot find the program just an icon on my desk top so I clicked that and it did nothing so I came on to Amazon where I purchased it and it said where to go to redownload again I tried to redownload and after over an hour when it was almost done it said there was an error would I like to try again so I did try again and the same thing happened now I'm very disappointed I cannot use the program

Have used many PrintMaster versions over the years and have to say I like this new adddition alot. Had no difficulty understanding how to use it after watching the various tutorials provided. Lots of free art with the option to purchase additional art that can be viewed on the right side of the screen. I felt enough good choices of art were available so I didn't feel the need. Only negative thing about this software was the inability to erase anything/ repair flaws in any artwork at all. Miss that on my older versions of PrintMaster.

I purchased this card program as a replacement for American greetings create-a-card 3. Which will not work on my windows 7 64 bit O.S.? As most people know once you find a card program it is hard to find a replacement one that does Cards the way you like. I found this program very hard to do a quick personalized card, And the card size that I was used to using, It does work and has a lot of other gadgets that I don't use but I can make cards if I plan ahead as it will take an hour instead of just 5 min compared to my old program. And be prepared for doing your cards over a few times as it does not always print the same way depending on what card you make. I am not real happy with this card program and if you do the down load don't download the complete program as it will never finish, there is no download manager to continue were you leave off form. You will have to do it right from the beginning only to have it stop and try all over again. My advice buy the disk don't download.

I love this product. I have used PrintMaster for over 15 years now and I love it. I upgraded to this one after using the same version for many years. It was a little difficult to learn the new formats and functions but once we did, it was smooth sailing. This product is a must have and I use it for almost everything.

I have been using PrintMaster software for many years and I have never been disappointed. The only problem I have with this edition is that it is complicated to me. Graphics and all other points of the software are excellent though. A good buy and would definately recommend it.

It may be just me...I have used Pritntmaster Gold 16 for 10 yrs or more and it was so much easier that this one...I'm OLD, haha...81...but it seems like with everything, when they IMPROVE things, they just make it harder for this old "dinosauer"...haha...I'm sure this will be fine once I get used to it, but must tell you, that I have been using my Hallmark Studio more.....So maybe you can just IGNORE thisl...*teehee)...I create ALL my Greeting cards...Christmas about 40 !!Carol KingChino Valley, AZ

I had an old version of Print Master. Later on I got a computer with Windows XP and Windows Vista and the software didn't work properly. I use it regualary, but it wasn't for sale in Holland anymore. So I bought it via Amazon.com.

Pretty nice card program, I did prefer the older version. It is easy to use, but I would have liked more sentiments for cards. I did think the older program had better graphics This is one of the best ones available now

Took forever to install. When I tried to use the program it wouldn't go past the intro screen where you are asked what kind of project you wish to start. I contacted the help desk at Encore and was told that the product was not supported by them because I didn't use their website. I knew I wasn't getting an up to date version but it would have been better than my old Windows 3.1 version. Another instance of buyer beware. I wouldn't even give this one star but to get to the review section I had to enter at least one star. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
