Rowenta DW8260 Pro Master Xcel Steam Iron, Blue, 1750-Watts

This is my 4th Rowenta iron. I love this iron. Steams well and does not spit dirty water.

I’ve had Rowenta irons for the last 10 years. My most recent one gave up the ghost after almost 4 years when it developed a short in the cord so that it wouldn’t stay on without a lot of jiggling and fiddling with it. Time for a new and improved Rowenta!I upgraded to a higher model than my old one and expected even greater ironing satisfaction. Out of the box, this baby worked like a dream - good weight, copious steam, and smooth-gliding. It really showed off for the test drive! The very next day, I fired her up again for more ironing pleasure. Sadly, there was inconsistent heat and no steam unless I depressed the burst of steam button.The reviews are so all over the place that I think you either get a gem or a lemon. Returning this 🍋!

I hesitated ordering this iron because it was more than I wanted to spend. My husband irons everything so he pushed me to order it. We received it 2 days ago and I have to say, this is the best iron I have ever had...hands down. I have no idea how but it takes half the time to iron our clothes and does an amazing job. This is worth every penny whether you iron everything like my husband or only a few things like myself. I will never go back to anything else. Highly recommend this product!!

This is my second Rowenta. Had the first one for 15yrs or so and loved it but it was dropped a few times too many. I gave it 4 stars because sometimes the steam hesitates but otherwise like the way irons cleanly. Seems to hold more water than my last one so I'm not always refilling. An excellent product.

This has been a great iron for sewing & quilting projects.

Great iron, BUT, after I used it for a couple months, the shot of steam button sticks when used. That is what I use most, as I’m a seamstress. Perfect except for that.

I like the weight of the iron and how it gets the tinkles out so well.
