YOLEO Adjustable Weight Bench- 500lbs Utility Bench for Full Body Workout; Multi Purpose Decline Fitness Bench Roman Chair; Sit Up Abs All-in-One Hyper Back Extension Exercise Bench

I had been wanting to get a Roman chair, but it was hard for me to justify getting a piece of exercise equipment just for the back extensions that I wanted to do on it. When I saw the Yoleo All-in-One, I thought that in addition to the Roman chair exercises, I can do all of my core exercises on it, sit-ups, etc., as well as my weight-lifting exercises. And with the handle bars, I can even do push ups. I have since found out about many other exercises that I hadn't thought of that I can do on it.The Yoleo came with everything needed to put it together. I didn't need any additional tools. It was really easy to assemble. In addition to written instructions, there is an excellent animated video showing how all the pieces fit together.With any exercise equipment, what is most important to me is safety. After I assembled my Yoleo, the first thing I noticed was that it is very sturdy. When I exercise on it I feel secure. Also, with the various levels, I have been able to make sure I am positioned in the exact proper form for my exercises.My Yoleo also looks great and doesn't take up much space. I'm very happy with my purchase!

This bench is awesome!Let's start out by saying that this bench is not for lifting Weight over 130 pounds. If you want to lift heavy than buy a traditional weight bench! This bench is great! It doesn't fold away for storage and that's fine by me because the fold up benches aren't sturdy at all. This bench is sturdy and reasonably padded. Only one tiny thing though.... that pesky cap on the feet of the bench working their way off. Lol.. which I expected given the other reviews of this bench. Easy fix though, I used E-6000 clear drying clue on them and I Guarantee they will not be coming off! I do a lot of situps on this bench. It doesn't incline but declines. All the more awesome for me. Inverted situps on the front of bench are awesome too to strengthen back muscles. Now as far as sturdy? Yes it is very sturdy!!!! I've started out at 300 lbs and have lost weight down to 280 lbs so far. So it's pretty darn sturdy! You can really work on your core body strength with this bench! It is surprisingly light to pick up too! I'm very Happy with this bench and I know you will be too!

The bench itself isn't bad, but assembly was so incredibly frustrating. It wouldn't have been so if the hardware and holes had been machined correctly for each other, but several times I had to beat the hardware in with a hammer, which resulted in needing more tools. The hand grips and foot padding is very cheap [unwrapped] foam and not stuck to the bars to hold them in place. So far... besides those things it works like I wanted.

I'm very pleased by the addition of this product to my Home Gym Collection and that's because of things:-Multiplayer: you could use it to workout different parts of your body ( chest, Abs, Back muscles).-Light Weight: this adjustable bench is very light (33lbs / 15KG).-Strong Material: it can lift bodies that are up to 500lbs or 226 KG.-Adjustable: you get to adjust it to your body dimensions which makes it easy to use for short and tall people.-Quality: The Direct Materials that go into creating it are very high quality and that is leather, Metals, and the crews.

Ok I bought this based off other reviews. I’m 6’2 200lbs. For a “bench” this one is ok at best. When doing hyper extensions the pad slot wiggles (where the square frame goes into the other). It is also slightly unstable doing side hyperextensions until you get planted just right.My biggest concern is the board under the bench padding which seems very thin. No way it’s holding 500 lbs as show. I tried doing dips from this bench with my feet on another and you could feel the area under my hands cracking and giving. So I had to reverse it. It’s not near as heavy duty as they claim.

This was a great choice out of the available options. It was very easy to put together and after a week of different workouts I'd say it was the best purchase I could have made out of the options. Instead of going cheaper and less options I strongly suggest you get this bench instead of needing multiple pieces of equipment. I say this as a licensed NASM Trainer and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

I've had this product for a little over a week and I am very satisfied with it. It was easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough. I am able to do all of the exercises I was doing at the gym on their roman chair without having to use the gas to get there. :-) Also, the price was right, I thought.

The unit was assembled in 20 min from unpackaging to finished assembly. It was simple, I just followed the pictures and didn't bother to read the instructions. It is a solid build and I really like that this product has more workout options than a regular bench. The bench probably could be longer for some people. I'm 5' 5" and it's perfect for my size, but taller people might find it on the small side.
