Some reviewers seem to have had trouble in the past. Mine arrived with both pieces a nice dark walnut color. The wood has a nice heft to it. It's a pretty closure for my hand knit shawls.

Product is pictured as made of a medium-dark brown wood, not a light honey blonde tone like I received. Even accounting for color differences on screens and different devices, the pictures are inaccurate. Quality product otherwise.

This pin is such pretty wood with a smooth finish. I plan to use it to hold a woven shawl in place.

I purchased this to use as a shawl pin and I love it. It is very smooth and the color is beautiful! I wanted something that wasn't glitzy, just natural and would look great with any color shawl I make--for me this one is it. It works well and staysin place nicely.

This is an orange-ish blond color, not dark brown as pictured; otherwise nice quality. Returned.

This is such a beautiful shawl pin. The wood grain and finish are beautiful. I like the simplicity so that it is the wood that is shown off not an intricate design. The only thing I need to do it dull down the point on the end. I crocheted with thick strand wool and I prefer a more dull point to the pin. This is not a fault of the product at all. It is just my personal preference.

Cette broche pour châle est jolie mais la tige est épaisse et si on la met sur un châle ou un gilet tricoté, cela abime les points et les agrandit.Elle n'est utilisable que sur des vêtements tricotés avec des points larges ou des trous, comme le crochet, sinon, elle détériore les vêtements.La couleur est toutefois jolie et la broche est bien finie, elle est de bonne qualité.

Je m'attendais à quelque chose de mieux pour le prix.L'article est correct mais semble assez fragile. Disons que je le manipule avec soin et que j'évite les grosses mèches de cheveux à attacher, car c'est certain qu'il ne résisterait pas.Je ne dis pas qu'il est mauvais - Je l'apprécie - mais je n'aurais pas payé plus de 10$ ou 12$ pour cet article.Pour référence, j'ai les cheveux en bas des fesses... et oui j'arrive à faire tenir mes cheveux avec ce type d'attache, même s'il est préférable que je pose un petit élastique avant.À noter que cet article est génial pour attacher les châles, la taille est parfaite 😊
