if you don't want it to roll, take the jack out of the wheel tray. otherwise, block the wheels with a small piece of wood. best I can do for you with the limited information included in the question.

The lift comes in a wheeled dolly. If you want you can take the lift out of the dolly , which would make it's height above the floor just a few inches. Good quality - made to last. Lifts my 900 vulcan classic with ease. Just use a socket set to raise and lower the jack.
