I searched for an alternative to my stim-free pre-workout go-to: Genius Preworkout, since it is on back order. This product provided no benefits. I’m accustomed to a cleaner NOS fueling and cognitive benefits such as focus and clearer cognition. Instead, this product leaves a thick film in my mouth and tastes unlike anything I’ve ever tried. I’m a 50 year old military officer and have been using supplements with my daily workouts for three decades. The film was not only distracting, but worrisome; what’s in there? I honestly don’t care about taste—anyone who concerns himself about taste when pursuing fitness goals has a lot to learn. Arms Rave has about 7 different flavors for stim-free pre-workout, and the reviews are spread out by flavor (unlike most similar brands) to confuse and distract their potential customers. After taking this product daily for over two weeks, and never once experienced a fitness/cognitive benefit, I owe it to the community to tell you to buy your stim-free pre-workout elsewhere.

Been using this for a couple weeks now and while it tastes great it’s not giving me what I want out of a pre workout. When shaken it is very foamy and more importantly I don’t feel any type of energy boost. Just can’t justify the higher cost, will be going back to my old pre workout that I’ve used for years.

It’s not a pre-workout. It’s a pump intensifier, boosting the nitric oxide levels in your blood. With that being said, the product does what it’s made to do.
