I’m very satisfied with this Samsung phone. The design is elegant and premium, and the display looks absolutely beautiful with vibrant colors and sharp detail. Everything runs smoothly and quickly, whether browsing, streaming, or using multiple apps. The camera quality is excellent and captures clear, bright, and detailed photos. The included S Pen is one of my favorite features — perfect for notes, editing, and everyday productivity. Battery life is reliable and easily gets through the day. Overall, this phone still feels powerful and high-end. Excellent value for the price and highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium Samsung experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was honestly a bit hesitant about buying a renewed phone, but this turned out to be such a great decision! The phone arrived in really good condition, just a few tiny marks that you wouldn’t even notice unless you’re looking closely. It works perfectly, super smooth performance, and the screen is still bright and beautiful. The battery life has been solid for me throughout the day, which I was worried about at first since it’s renewed, but it holds up well (definitely above expectations). I love the S Pen feature; it’s super handy for quick notes and even just navigating the phone. The camera quality is also amazing, especially in good lighting. It came with a charger (not original, but works just fine), and setup was quick and easy. Also, being fully unlocked is a big plus because I had no issues using it with my carrier. Overall, if you’re thinking about getting a premium phone without paying full price, this is definitely worth it. I’d buy it again!

The phone came perfectly fine, unlocked and everything. The body looked really good and well put together, screen was flawless! Everything seems to be in order, but i do only have one issue... The battery is definitely a problem, i noted upon starting it that the battery drained FAST. It woud actually skip in telling me as it drops some numbers on charge, like 25 % then it suddenly goes to 10% Had to let it charge with the phone screen off too just to get the percent up and keep it from dropping slowly. Deffo get a battery extending app. That was the ONLY problem. I could see the battery being a huge issue if you use your phone a lot while you're out and about. But, if you're using it on a strong fast charger it shouldn't be draining too bad. That things an energy spender. A little smaller than my moto g stylus. But, pretty phone. Very nice, runs on Android. I adore it and the pen works nice, very user friendly to set up: easy..

Phone worked for less than a month before the plug was loose and wouldn't charge. I was reluctant to send the phone back because all of my personal info is now in the phone, and the seller says a factory reset "won't remove icloud or Google accounts" so you must "sign out" before you return the phone or it will slow down the refund. Also, I really didn't want them to resell this defective phone AGAIN as AMAZON REFURBISHED (which apparently means nothing). The seller offered me a whopping 5% refund if I didn't return the phone, which means some other poor slob WILL be getting this (at least) twice returned phone. Good luck. Amazon did nothing but message the seller for me, so again, "Amazon refurbished" is apparently meaningless and they put all the responsibility on the seller. Hopefully the next person who buys this phone won't be capable of hacking my personal info that will still be in the device. I've bought refurbished before with good luck, but I will be choosing a different seller next time.

Phone arrived quickly, in perfect condition and works well.

I was really skeptical about buying a renewed phone, especially when it was half the price of the original. However, it came to me properly packaged, with nothing broken.. not even a single scratch! The thing looks brand new, if I didn't know it was renewed I would have thought it came straight from the store. I noticed a few reviews saying that they did not received an unlocked version, but a T-Mobile / AT&T version. I didn't have this problem personally, the phone i received was T-Mobile branded, however it was fully unlocked! The only issue I ran into because of that, was my sim card didn't fit so i had to get a new one (but that's my problem, not the phones lol) Setting up my phone with my sim was incredibly easy, was pain free and a breeze (i do use straight talk, so other carriers may vary)! Before switching to this phone, I did have a much older model (note 4), so this was a major upgrade for me! I love the size of the phone, the face recognition, and the samsung themes! This phone is honestly amazing, i'm so glad i chose to give it a chance with the renewed version! Only con from switching is now I'm in with the no audio jack crowd lol, and previous samsung chargers don't fit! But it came with it's own charger thankfully! The battery life is amazing as well! I'm so obsessed with the thing, i've been on it ever since I've received it in the mail and the battery is definitely well held up! So, in summary: Phone is A+, Chef's kiss. Was unlocked and easy to set up with a sim card. Came in perfect condition! + Battery life is amazing! Thank you Soonersoft for selling this amazing phone at such a great price!

Looked perfect. Works as it shood . The battery gives 2 hours from 100% to 15%.

I have only had the phone for a day but I am already impressed. It looks brand new, I cannot find any scratches or dents on the surface of the phone at all. Everything works perfectly. I was a little skeptical about buying a used phone that’s 3 years old but I am glad I did, it’s definitely worth the money. The phone is running smoothly and all features work. It arrived 4 days earlier than expected which was awesome. I would definitely recommend this product and this company to everyone looking for a great quality used phone.
