Knorr Ham Stock Cubes, 8 x 10g

I have always found Knorr products to be of excellent quality, and competatively priced.The cubes may seem small but they are packed with flavour, and not too salty.I use them mainly to make soup, because they are so easy to use and a lot better than boiling ham etc. to make stock.

Just cooked a Ham Joint and added a ham stock cube. Delicious.

The missing ingredient in so many spoups

I use these frequently for my lentil soup. So easy and tasty.

EDIT: changing my review as I think I must've had something up with my tastebuds before. I used the previous pack up and have ordered more. They definitely have a smoky ham taste, it's just quite subtle. They are a bit salty though. I find chickpeas absorb the flavours particularly well so I like to use them in chickpea and pasta stews.These had a lovely strong, smokey ham smell to them when unwrapped, but none of that was apparent in the food I made with them. It just tasted like salt, no hint of the ham or smokiness or herbs.They did dissolve well without any lumps, but that's really the only positive. What a shame.

So pleased to find these on here, they’ve disappeared from all the shops, don’t know why.Brilliant emergency dinner option, ready in 15, no prep.Knorr Ham stock cube, frozen peas, hot water from kettle, add wee but of mint sauce to make it bougie… chef’s kiss 💋
