Best stapler ever and a great deal
I still use a stapler daily. It's been hard to find a stapler that works the way I need it to. This stapler is inexpensive, small, reliable, easily staples multiple sheets, uses standard staples and is easy to load and unload. I particularly want to commend the manufacturers for the clear drawings/instructions on loading/unloading engraved on the stapler -- first time ever I have been able to follow such drawings! I bought this set of five so I could give them to everyone I know who needs a stapler.

Love this little guy
Like everyone else I love this little guy. After having it a few days I ordered several more....just because.I love staplers and have a small collection of older cool looking staplers. So I was very skeptical about getting this tiny plastic stapler but I needed one right away. I am so glad I got it. It is so cute and it actually works very very well. Absolutely solid and secure stapling up to the recommended number of sheets of paper. This is not a toy it is a serious very functional stapler. They are so inexpensive by half a dozen and give him away to friends that's what I'm doing.Use only top quality staples, it absolutely makes all the difference. I like Swingline PREMIUM staples.

Weird little stapler fit my needs
This stapler fit my needs because it was cheep, small, and gets the job done. I keep this in my backpack, and portability was a major selling point for me.This staples does take significantly less effort to operate than convention staples. I haven't torn the device apart to see how it works, but I can guess based on the feel. Instead of you have to apply the force that pushes the staple through the paper, there is a spring that drives the staple. All the lever does is disengage the spring, which requires very little effort. The only trouble I have had with this stapler was stapling large lab reports (>15 sheets), and loading the staples. The product is advertised for 12 sheets, so you cannot knock it for the power. Loading the staples is not hard, it was just hard to figure out. Conventional staplers are reloaded by separating the base from the top by pulling away from each other. For this stapler, the base slides forward from the top in a shearing motion. There are instructions which describe how to do it, but I am not one for reading instructions.

Overall, a great little stapler with a great clicking sound.
Handy little stapler -- has a great "click" to it. Mini version of a larger stapler I keep in my classroom for students to use. But this mini stapler I keep in my pencil/pen case that I take with me. Very convenient, and fun to use. :) The only negative is that -- occasionally -- the stapler storage compartment opens up while in my carrying case, and the staples fall out. But most of the time it works just fine.

This automatic stapler is a backpack must!
Don't you hate when someone stole the stapler from your office desk or the library stapler, and you're walking around with all these loose sheets of paper, that get crumbled and mixed up? Here's your solution. This is my favorite little stapler and I have had it before. I lost the last one so I bought it again. I love that it is one of those reduced effort ones and it is so fast and efficient. It is also really small and fits in a soft pencil case with a ton of other stuff. I always have people coming up to me asking to borrow it in the library and in class because they know I have one and it's so easy to carry around. A great price and for such a small stapler it staples a nice amount of pages! My mom saw this stapler and said she wanted to get one for her purse - even though she is not a student she thought it would be useful for work!

Very helpful to carry around
This little stapler is perfect to keep in a backpack or small storage space and bring with you in case you ever need a stapler. As long as you aren't using it super frequency the stapler capacity shouldn't be an issue, but it does obviously hold significantly less staples than a full sized stapler. I haven't tested the '12 sheet' capacity but it definitely feels like a powerful stapler that doesn't take you putting your entire body weight on it just to get the staples to go through like some staplers. You could definitely staple a good amount of papers with one hand. The only con to this product is that it allows me to procrastinate doing homework until right before it's due because then I don't have to get it done and stapled ahead of time ;)

Size Sometimes Matters . . .
I purchased two of these Nano models of the famously ergonomic PaperPro staplers - one for home and one for the office, mostly due to their effortless stapling ability. The Nano's are both fine, although the small size does make them a little difficult to handle and operate - as you almost need a little more "size" to grab hold of, in order to effectively staple things (who knew?). The one Nano seemed to experience a "failure" in its spring mechanism, and while it still works, you have to manually open the jaws to insert the papers you want to staple. The other one is working fine. The only other reservation with these is that their size and stapling force capability, does limit the number of sheets of paper that you can staples, but that was a known limitation, and something that hasn't been a hinderance, except for maybe one or two times.
