Works great but install can be challenging
I was able to figure it out, but instructions and troubleshooting can be improved. Easy to put together, but I had to hunt on the internet, watching other videos to figure out the problem. Not clear that you have to move the fiber cable from the original connection to the new one and to ground the aux-ground cable to remove all the noises. Once I moved the fiber cable and grounded the aux-ground, the operational and sound was great.Update: Wireless has some issues I mainly use wired, which is equivalent to most OEM car play solutions. Hopefully, a software update can improve wireless performance and reliability.

Lack of technical support
Before I bought the kit, I communicated extensively with the vendor, to make sure the kit was what I needed for my make and year vehicle. I was told that with the kit I would receive detailed instructions to install it. I received the kit, with very little instructions, and when I wrote requesting more, they just referred me to a couple of videos they have in youtube, but very generic. I asked for more information on how to remove the current command center, and got an automatic response. Nothing else. Needless to say, I have not installed the kit, and most likely will return it.

Excellent product and customer service. I had to do some research on random white noise after setup, but overall I am happy about my purchase. Thanks Amy for customer support.
