Like the sturdiness, and the lights!

I received my two birch trees. I added the batteries and both lit up beautifully. When I went to turn them off, one tree would not completely turn off until I removed one battery. When the company emailed me asking about the purchase, I told them about the issue. They immediately sent out another set of trees(they only came in sets).Unfortunately, one of the trees from the new set was defective as well; the actual switch was not even connected.I did inform them stating that their service was excellent and I did, indeed, get my original defective tree replaced!

I decided to order a pair of these and a pair from a competitor (see second photo, this product is on left and competitor is on right). Here is what I've found:*This product has very light birch markings on the trunk alone. The top of the trunk and all the branches are only white, while the competitor has the birch markings all the way to the tip of the branches which I prefer*This product has 28 lights vs. only 24 on the competitor. As a result, the photos show that this product is a little brighter.*This product has larger bulbs than the competitor - I prefer the competitor's fairy-style lights b/c these really stick out*this product's light is a warmer white than the competitor*Both products are listed as 24" high but this product is shorter (see photo)*This product has messy looking construction. See the white tape in the photos. The competitor has smoother trunk and branches.*for the price with the 25% coupon discount that was offered (Approx $7.50 off $30), I would buy this product again if the competitor product was sold out. Without coupon/discount, you can find a better pair for the same price.

I love the trees. I kept one and gave one to my oldest daughter. I bought some small red birds also and put them on the branches to remember the ones at Christmas that were no longer with us.

Gotta be honest, I had my doubts about these, I wasn't sure I would like them... I'm happy to report I was pleasantly surprised. These look GREAT! They're packaged and shipped securely, so when you unbox them all you have to do is fold out and shape the branches to whichever shape you like and put in the batteries and then place them, and turn them on and enjoy. The LED lights are very bright. Not so bright that they hurt your eyes to look at, but bright enough that these add glow and charm to the room and people will take notice and enjoy these. I have to give these trees 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful, flexible, pretty lights, high quality "birch" finish.Got these for me and for my daughter as Christmas trees to put small ornaments on and set around.Well, they are still up! And it is March! One on my dresser, holds long chain jewelry, that now will not tangle, another has small cats in it on the bathroom counter! Use your imagination! They double as a nightlight, or, as "soft light" in a room in evening.Battery life is average- not a problem.The only better feature could be a electrical cord and timer. (which I knew it did not have- love them anyway)

Loved the size of the trees. Look great on bookcase, entertainment center, in bathroom or bedroom. Set of two can be used together or separately. Can add 1 inch ornaments For each season/holiday. But looks great without. I used in all my rooms since I purchased. Can be easily stored when not using. I am considering buying another set of 2.
