Major improvement over the previous model. Only slightly larger, but greater output and easier to use tail switch. The quality is very high. You can feel the quality the moment you take it out of the box. This light was very well thought out, and the two minor issues I had with the previous model have been addresses. The tail switch has been redesigned to be more accessible while wearing gloves, while still being protected. The bezel is much more aggressive. I believe this light will be a good choice for anybody looking for a powerful tactical flashlight that is still small enough for every day carry. The included holster is very well made, and should hold up well. Buy with confidence.

Great light. Normally I'm a Nitecore guy but I gave Olight a shot. Pretty amazed with the holsters it came with. The magnetic charger is flat out a game changer. The battery life with the 21700 cell is just insane. The strike bezel is way too sharp, not sure why its sharp in the first place probably going to take a file to it so it doesn't scratch me again. My only issue is the finish, for the money it costs it should have type 3 hard anodizing. I dropped it once and ended up with scratches all over it. Only changes I would make to this would be type 3 hard anodizing and get rid of the strike bezel all together. I cant imagine anyone ever using this small light as an impact weapon. Is that even a thing? Who actually uses a flashlight to smash something with?

I’m a Streamlight guy, or at least I thought I was until I bought my Olight MR2 Pro. Very impressed with its brightness for its size. I work on conveyors in a warehouse where the lighting is okay but not ideal when trying to pin point an issue on a line 20 to 30 ft in the air. This flashlight lights up the darkest spots with ease. It’s a little tricky to remember all the settings, nothing that repetitiveness won’t fix. Caution this light gets HOT! in turbo mode, almost blistering! I can use this light for 2 days before it needs a charge. Regardless, if your looking for a bright light in a small package that’s a good ever day carry, this is it!

Obviously a great flashlight. But charging extra for the additional plastic holster is a rip-off.I got it through this merchant because I wanted the option of using the plastic holster. I chose wrong.The holster doesn't even come close to fitting the flashlight. It's made for a totally different product. Get this flashlight elsewhere for less and save your $.

Even after use, when attaching the supplied magnetic charger, the charger's indicator light shows green vs red. You would imagine that after even a few minutes of use at high-power that you would get a red charging indicator but that's not the case. For a tactical product it gives me pause.The work around was to attach it to the charger, turn on the light at full power, which then triggers the charging indicator to respond correctly.The light feels nice in the hands and is bright, though full power can only be had for a few minutes as per the instructions.

Best EDC knife hands down i own 78 flashlight this olight M2R Pro Warrior is a jewel dont ever hesitate to purchase this bad boy .

I have had other rechargeable flashlights before but this one stands out. It packs a lot of light in a little package. The magnetic charger for this light will also work to charge my Olight Pl-Pro Valkyrie weapons light if you are looking for a flashlight with the same charger as that weapons light. Both the M2R Pro and PL-Pro are awesome lights. Highly recommended.

I’ve never spent this much on a flashlight, but compared to surefire its a less pricy option for a very good quality light. I needed a survival light that I can count on, so no buyers remorse here. Love the magnetic charger.
