Yep, it turns stuff on and off.
Installed this 3-way in a 1-way situation, taping over leads that wouldn't be needed, and nothing shorted out when I turned the power back on, so I must've done something right. Sturdy, looks good, matches the black switch plate perfectly. It's a light switch, what else is there to say?
