It says in the description that these are "battery powered". Do these have smaller batteries inside them? What are those powered by? ...

It is nice to have humor in your life and you have just input some into mine. These batteries are like those russian dolls that have a smaller doll inside each one. Each battery has a smaller battery inside it and so on all the way down to the size of a single cell. All jokes aside the listing is an error. These are nothing more than normal batteries. I understand the shelf life is 10 years, but what is the EXPIRATION DATES on these batteries?

I just looked at my batteries. The code I see stamped on the battery is 0613. The code indicates the week of the year for the first two digits and the last two digits for the year that the battery was made. In my case, the date code was 0613 meaning the battery was made the second week of February of 2013. So if they have a shelf life of 10 years from date of manufacture, then I'd say February of 2023. Hope that helps.
