Product was very slow to ship (5 days from order to shipping). Once shipped, delivery was as expected. You do get what you pay for - these are not as nice as the more expensive units, but for the price they are great. The packaging was great including color coding for driver and passenger side installations. Instructions were clear and installation was OK. With an older truck, some of the pre-threaded holes were rusty (even with the covers/plugs still installed). This would be solved if the bolts provided had starter threads to make installation easier. I had to clean up the threads (one location per side) before install.I would recommend these step tubes if you are looking for a value option. I'm happy with how the installation turned out - how they look and work.

Nothing about the part just my truck where ya mount was rusted and can't get bolts in gotta figure something out

Super easy to install, took 20 minutes. Fit perfectly for my 2014 Titan. Looks great.
