I have the habit of hunching my back when I'm sitting in front of the computer or walking. My long time bad habit has contributed to my random headache and neck pain for the past few years. My chiropractor told me if I want to eliminate the headache and neck pain, I would need to correct my pose first because the back and head are both connected with the spine. So I've been looking for a good posture corrector ever since.This product is very easy to put on and very comfortable to wear. The shoulder straps have good paddings and the velcros around the waist is easy to adjust. The valcros is super strong, I feel like it can last for many wears. It said to wear it for only 15 minutes for the first time and gradually increasing the time. However, the first time I wore it, I wore it for more than 15 minutes because it feels very comfortable that I didn't even notice that it is over 15 minutes already. Please note this won't get rid of your pain right away, but this helps you develop the good posture so the pain is more manageable. Whenever I'm not wearing the corrector, I am more aware of my posture and I would correct it myself. Overall, this is a great product and I would recommend it to hunchback like me!

Purchased this product to help with a bad habit of stooping shoulders. The material and workmanship of the item is well made. The issue I have is when you wear the item to pull back on shoulders the underarm band fits snug up your underarm so you are not able to wear it outside or if you will be doing anything where you might sweat. Plus it was a little uncomfortable being snug up in the armpit.

I selected this particular posture brace based on ratings, price and availability. It works quite well with my only complaint is that it tends to ride up when I am exercising... not a big deal though. It encourages me to keep my shoulders back and to stand/sit up straight. It is made well and will hold up under lots of use.

I was provided the size I need at no additional charge, and it arrived very quickly. The product is of great quality, and I have found relief. I have experienced rubbing by the arm pits that after a couple of days limits how much time I wear it for the next couple of days. I would recommend this company and this product.

This product I purchased for my mother. She suffers from chronic neck pain due to slouching and reading. I am not a doctor but i can say that I would recommend this to anyone that needs relief. She was in tears the first 30 seconds she put this on. I thought she was hurting but she said it was the best she had felt in months. This was 30 seconds in. She currently keeps it on 30 minutes to an hour at a time. She never realized that she was slouching so much and looking down constantly to read. This product reminds you of proper posture and helps to keep you in the correct position. The material is great quality. It is easy to put on and take off and the under arm padding that they have used makes it comfortable to wear. Great product.

I ordered the largest size "P4" which works for me, but just barely. For a person of large proportions it may be too small, but it is comfortable. I have not tried other versions, but they did a good job designing this, the straps are breathable and have padding right where they need to. I feel this does help with posture, and the effect can last a bit after using it too. I have noticed that if I wear it too long though, it does become somewhat uncomfortable. The waist belt seems to be a necessary feature that many other posture correctors are missing, it seems like it would not work as well without it.

It offers some decent support and doesn't really dig into your shoulders or arm pits. I'm 6'4 so I think it may be a tad small in length but it definitely pulls your shoulders back but also makes you think and hold them back on your own. It seems to help my low back as well. I bought this posture corrector because my shoulders slump and ive had multiple spine surgeries on my lumbar spine and need to strengthen and engage my core muscles. This seems to be helping and more than I thought given the low price.

I wear 4-6 hrs/day because it reminds my back to sit straight, walk straight. It pulls in the lower back. Have used daily to correct humped shoulder look. I am very pleased to recommend the posture corrector. Very pleased with the posture corrector. It is easy to use. Looks like pretty true to size however I ordered XXL when I possibly should have ordered a M or L. But, it still works beautifully.
