Organic and Highest Quality
Fantastic coffee! I’m a “coffee-snob” Not a fan of the trendy coffee brands. Small company. Doing it correctly and consistently. -a tasty and robust pleasure. Flavor is exactly where you expect. I use an Aero Press. Perfect cup every time. Good quality beans and a good company!

Delicious coffee.
Oily and delicious beans. This is a consistent product but I have no idea if they source from same location.

Affordable, intense, chocolatey
I genuinely enjoy these beans for espresso. On my breville machine they are very easy to dial in. Perfectly balanced flavor profile wjrh notes of dark chocolate. Very affordable as well!

Quality Changes With Each Bag
I would give it five stars, but each bag is different in quality, I wish the coffee came in a light-blocking foil bag, but it comes in a labeled, clear plastic bag, which I'm betting has something to do with the quality variances, a couple years ago I purchased many different coffee brands trying to find this exact flavor, and I was so pleased with with taste and value, that I deleted the rest of my list and ended my search, I'll continue buying this coffee, but some bags have coffee beans that are very dry with little to no oils, and some bags have coffee that tastes stale, I've observed these differences with the first batch coming out of a new bag, so I know it's not due to my storage practices, sometimes I open a new bag and I can easily see the beans look dried out and old with diminished aroma, maybe it's an Amazon storage issue 🤷🏽♀️ I plan to look for smaller bags through Amazon or look around other places to find fresher options of this coffee, if that doesn't help, I think I might take up my search again ☹️ quality should vary this much between bags

Low acid, smooth and strong coffee.
Smooth, very low acidity and strong. Indeed, a very good coffee. The price on Amazon is higher than at Costco.

Not great. Not bad, either.
It’s okay. Not terrible. Not great. I had been buying 32-oz. bags of Sumatran beans so I’m probably spoiled, but they went up to just under $30 and that is just way too much to pay for coffee, so I switched to this. I guess these beans’ best point is that it is very smooth and not the least bit bitter, but it is not rich or fragrant or full- bodied; it’s ….drinkable and hot and gives me my caffeine jolt for the morning.
