Thai Handmade Sticky Rice Serving Basket small Size

Yes, these are small, but they are exactly how they were described. They are meant for individual use. They aren't family size, but the aren't described as such. They are just like what they use in Thailand. They are perfect for a picnic or taking to work for lunch.

Looks bigger in pic. Guess I should of got a tape measure out. May be about the size of a 12oz soda can if not smaller. Alot of stray strands of bamboo upon first use. Just threw it away instead of attempting to clean.

I do embarrassingly admit that I should’ve looked at the “one photo” uploaded for this sticky rice basket. Well when I received it today, I thought it was a mistake or joke lol. Well nope it’s not. When I have gone to Thai markets in the past, they only offered a standard small size and a larger one. I thought I was getting the “small” standard size. Make sense? So uhm.. yeah. It’s not worth the return for me. I’ll make use of it.

Lots of people reviewed it's small but these baskets for thai sticky rice are made for small portion so I think it's decent size.The reason I couldn't give 5 stars is tge smell.It's gone after a while but I recommend to repeat to soak it in the hot water for a while and let it dry for a couple times before use...If I could have used it without this process, this basket totally got 5 stars.

Had to soak it several weeks to get rid of the stink. Otherwise product works as advertised. Small but useful.

Excellent baskets and worth the wait. The manufacturer does a good job making them. They come from Thailand and cannot be delivered instantly. The basket quality id great and worth waiting for the delivery.

Smaller than expected. Measurements (w/ the lid off): 2.5" diameter x just under 3.5".. measuring just the bottom. I just received it, so I do not know how much it will hold.I recommend that the seller should include the measurements in the description
