Great fitting cap
Welder Nation is a very well known and reputable brand regarding their caps and other stock. This cap fits me perfectly, not too tight not too loose, and covers the ears as I like. I have hair like Lord Farquaad and keeping it nice is priority (locks of love donation), and this has kept my hair nice and unburnt! Material is tough and durable, but not too thick where you’re instantly sweating. Washes easily with all my other work clothes.

Way thinner material than any welding cap I have ever used but I'll give it a shot
Like the headline says, way thinner material than any of the many brands I've used over the 30 years of personal hobby/shop/farm welding I've done. I'm no fabric expert but it does not feel like 100% cotton. I do like the wide band where the panel seams do NOT go all the way down to the edge like all my other box store welding caps. Those give me headaches after wearing a hood for an hour or so. This one is nice and comfortable. Others state theirs are made in China, which I think most WN caps are, the one I received was made in Vietnam, if anyone cares. I sweat profusely and is the main reason I prefer the thicker caps, that and their ability to hold weld spatter just a little longer to cool it a little more before it hits my scalp. I'll update after some more use. So far, so good. Sizing was spot-on. I have a watermelon head at 7-3/4 inches and it fits perfectly.

Excellent and Durable
I’ve had this cap for a long time now and it has held up fantastic. Protects my head and no sparks or slag have burned through it. If I lay a weld or grind without it, the difference is noticeable and it does not feel nice when sparks hit your head. I’m the only one in my shop that has one. Don’t be like my coworkers. Protect your scalp and hair when you’re welding. The price is well worth it! Don’t forget to wear a respirator as well! Lung cancer is not something anyone wants!

Comfortable for a 10 hour day
Most Comfortable welding beanie I have ever used. Size was per fitting chart and they wash extremely well. It is still comfortable after a 10 hour day of welding. Compared to other beanies, don’t waste you time or precious money. Theses are the best.

Great welding cap
I lovevthe product and will continue to purchase them, my only gripe is that you don't always get the size you order, I ordered this hat in a 7 1/4 but recieved a 7 1/8 but I order it a size to big to allow for shrinkage so it still fits but double check the size you order so you know its not your error. Other than that it's excellent and great delivery.
