BarbieSuper Talk

This is a classic doll. It brought joy to my daughter 30 years ago, it brings joy to my grand daughter now. Plus the original one is still talking to my other grand daughter!

Before removing the doll from her box, there is a window to the button that is pushed to make her talk. Nothing happened. She is a gift for an unknown child that I sponsored so I didn’t want to open the box, but I had to remove her to check the batteries. They are corroded. So I will clean up the batterie space and buy new ones and see if that works. They could have easily checked before sending it to me. Sending a Talking Barbie that doesn’t talk is bad business.

The one thing my granddaughter asked for from Santa was a talking Barbie. This Barbie doesn’t talk despite putting new batteries in the doll. A huge disappointment to say the least!!! How do you explain to a child that Santa gave them a defective doll?!!

Barbie was beautiful as usual but disappointed because she never talked. I didn't returned because my granddaughter liked it and she's 5 how do i explain that santa got her a damage gift

she talks and talks..clearly too....she loved it and it arrived quickly....

The item did not work. I even replaced the batteries to the tune of $15. and it still didn't talk. I do have to say I was credited immediately for the purchase and did not have to pay to send it back but it was a disappointing purchase to say the least. I didn't realize it was a product that had been created about 16 years ago and was more of a collectors piece than a doll to play with.
