Ripped off Never worked correctly
Got to load my private info into it and locked up going to a black screen with a lit keyboard and never changed from there. Contacted seller with just send it on back response. Identity theft of my info is not worth any refund. i have pics of black screen with lit keyboard. Yes unplugged this hard reboot and still a black screen. I needed to see about online class's during the pandemic and spent hundreds trying to get the best computer. Very upset and disappointed. Never with a Amazon item and I order plenty as being a disabled vet with a spinal cord injury have I been so upset

so far (5 days), best laptop I have ever used.
Have not had it long enough to rate battery and I do not use touchscreen. But, screen clarity is off the chart. The speed of loading is almost instantaneous. I am very happy with this purchase, while wary because it is a rebuild and my total satisfaction depends on how long it lasts before failure. Stay tuned.
