Women's Golf Socks Extra-fine Merino Wool Socks Moisture Wicking Athletic Out.

After springing for pricey Smartwool socks last year and not really liking the style (boring gray and black) I decided to give these a try. I've been told that more wool content might help solve my blister problems. I loved the style of these and the price was right.The first thing I noticed when I put them on was that they fit tight to my fit, whereas the Smartwools bunched round my toes. Also, my feet are now sliding around inside my boots so I may want to wear 2 pairs of these where I was able to wear one pair of Smartwools. I didn't get any blisters while hiking in them (2nd photo) and my feet stayed comfy and cool. I didn't feel hot at all.After I washed them, there is a noticeable amount of shrinkage (see 1st photo--top pair have been washed, bottom pair have not) so I will line drying these. Finally there was some pilling of the socks (3rd photo) after I washed them. Also, if you're not a fan of those loose strings on the insides of your socks, these aren't for you.Because of the shrinkage, pilling and loose strings, I'm rating these a 4.

I have ordered these 3 times in a variety of patterns and they have quickly become my favourite socks to wear! I noticed that one review mentioned pilling and shrinking -- and I've never had that issue. However, I hang all my laundry to dry and do not use a dryer. This might make the difference in my experience with these socks. They are super soft and comfortable whether I am out walking or during the times when I have had to spend time in the hospital. They keep my feet comfortable and at the right temperature - not too hot and not too cool. These are the socks that I wouldn't mind receiving as a gift!

I have small feet and have a difficult time finding hiking socks that fit, are of good natural fiber content, and are sturdier than children's socks. These so far fit perfectly! I am so happy. I usually buy athletic socks in the boys department, and can sometimes find women's/girl's hiking socks that fit in specialty sports stores (expensive!). These socks here are soft, pretty, and FIT ! 81% fine SOFT Merino Wool Love the color and style. Have not yet washed, so do not know how they will fair or wear over time. So far, I'm very pleased. Would buy again. I wear shoe size 5.5.

these socks are lovely and soft. I wear tactical boots all day, in summer it is very humid. I have hyperhidrosis and bought these to help manage the sweat.These are wondefully soft and comfortable. Theyre a bit thin to wick away all the moisture - but if youre a normal person without hyperhidrosis and extreme sweat you will love these socks.The quality is fantasic and they are so soft and lovely. Theyre really breathable and dont smell at all by the end of the day. These are fantastic value and the seller was absolutely FANTASTIC to deal with

These are some well made socks. They are slightly thicker than average but aren't really those ultra thick boot socks that you can't get into any shoes either. They are nice and warm but I find my feet don't get all sweaty inside them like they do in some other warm socks. They also haven't gotten thin in places like some other woolly socks can with frequent use and washing. There's something about wool blend socks that just doesn't like a dryer I suppose. Overall these are great daily wear fall/winter socks.

They are comfortable for a short while but they are too tight in the calf! I am not a big woman! Do not know why most of the brands no matter how well made or what they are made from make the tops too tight. I have tried larger sizes even that does not help. They fit the feet fine.

My daughter told me about these socks and I'm so glad I got some! I'm allergic to a lot of socks because of the amount of polyester in them. These socks are soft but they also hug my feet in a firm cuddle. I haven't had any allergic reaction so I'm really happy about that too!
