GHS PHOSPHOR BRONZE - String Set For Acoustic Guitar - 12-String - 615 - Light - 011/048

I have been a fan of GHS phosphor bronze strings for years. In my opinion they render as fine a sound as you van get from an acoustic guitar as any string on the market. Their longevity is not as great, of course , as a poly coated string but the clarity is greater when they are new. Cleaning them after use. particularly a performance where the players hand might be sweaty would likely give the greatest life.

Ive used GHS phospher bronze strings off & on over the years, mostly on my 6 string guitars & remembered them as decent strings fairly priced.This set did not disappoint.They settled in pretty quickly (important on a 12 string) & they stay in tune nicely.They've been on & been played on long enough to wear the new-ness off them & their true character on this guitar has come out. Warm with just a bit of brightness & well defined bass.Just the reason why i use pb strings.Hopefully i'll get a months use from these strings, & if i do i'll lay in a few packs at that price
