The Innate Vitality Krill Oil looks like a good replacement for another company's Krill Oil that was costing me almost double. I have been taking the product for almost 3 weeks now, 2 capsules daily, one in the morning and the other after dinner which is late, usually about 8 or 8:30. In that time I have not experienced any aftertaste, nor have I detected any scent except for a very slight one which is too be expected as all health supplements have their own unique fragrance.The jury is still out if this will help my irregular high blood pressure but I know it will take some time for my body to see the overall benefits but it seems from the research I have done that Krill oil has been proven, scientifically, to benefit your cardiovascular system. I will be ordering my next bottle shortly as they are out of stock right now and possibly go on a subscription basis, if one is offered.

I started using krill oil when my knees started hurting when I'd go up stairs. I wanted krill oil, because I had researched and learned that krill don't live long enough lives to accumulate much detrimental heavy metals from the ocean as other larger, longer-lived sea creatures from which omega-3 oils are extracted. Unfortunately, as seems to be the norm, the more healthy something is, the more expensive it is. Then, I found Innate Vitality brand krill oil at significantly lower cost than more well-known name brands such as MegaRed. I checked different krill brands for amounts of astaxanthin, phospholipids, EPA, and DHA. Many brands didn't even list these. This brand did. I decided to try one bottle. I have been relieved to find I didn't waste my money. My knees don't hurt while climbing stairs, and my wallet doesn't hurt while preventing that pain!

For me, personally, it's hard to say if any supplement works or not. But I do know that Krill Oil is good for our overall health and I try my best to do research on various products. Although the front panel says "1200mg," the back panel says "1g Krill Oil." Therefore, 1g=1,000 milligrams; so if you are taking 2 softgels as directed, you are only taking 1,000mg of Krill Oil. So I'm not sure how they are calculating 1,200mg. If I'm wrong, then maybe someone can tell me otherwise. The pills are small and easy to swallow. The most important thing to me is that they Do Not Smell!! I have purchased a lot of other Krills that I have had to pass along to my husband because the odor made me gag. Innate Vitality is one brand that we will continue to use and purchase; and, even at a 1,000mg per day it is the recommended dosage - and if we are getting more, so much the better :-)

I responded to a promotion for this product on Facebook. Was told that after buying the product and submitting proof of purchase I would be reimbursed the purchase price. Reimbursement was made to my Pay Pal account then almost immediately cancelled. I can't seem to find anyone who can tell me what's going on with this. Now I'm concerned about the security of my AMAZON account and m PAY PAL account. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I bought these after reading about them in a blog for PMS and PMDD symptoms. These are amazing! I take them everyday (its been two months now), and notice after several days if I don't take them my irritability begins to flare up. These are total brain food! The product came well packaged and fresh. The size of them are small enough you could even swallow two together, and there is no taste. This in my opinion krill is better than fish oil, but I do believe they serve different purposes- as krill is a form of crustacean.

I tried these for the first time. I heard krill oil is better than regular fish oil, so I thought I would give it a shot.No after taste! I love that they are tiny and easy to swallow. Haven't noticed any significant difference yet in the difference of krill vs generic fish. As long as I am getting my omega 3s, I am good with that!

I didn't realize that the mg of my old Krill oil was too low until I read a review. I decided to try the higher mg of Innate Vitality. I started slow by only taking one for a few days and then increased to two. I can't say that I have felt a dramatic difference but I have not been using it a long time. I plan on ordering more for my husband and myself.
