Frontier Oat Gluten Free Protein Pancake and Waffle Mix, 16oz (Pack of 6)

This is the best gluten free pancake mix, high in protein and fiber, delicious!Directions call for half a cup of milk which makes a very thin batter; I recommend starting with less than that as more milk can always be added.They are excellent with blueberries!

Made my first batch this a.m. Best GF pancakes I've had. Good consistency. The 1:1 mix/milk ratio gives you a thin pancake, which is my preference. I have occasional gut issues with other GF mixes, not with this. I purchased primarily for the protein boost and not having very high expectations. Win/Win. My wife, who's not celiac, really liked them as well.

I made banana bread with this using the recipe for banana nut muffins, and the taste and texture are excellent! My only recommendation is add vanilla, and potentially add a 3rd banana to give it a stronger banana taste.It was very easy to make, and I like the fact this has a good protein content. I recommend buying this in bulk for the best value for your money.I look forward to making pancakes and waffles with this soon!

This Kodiak GF Flapjack and Waffle mix is pretty neutral-nice tasting...the only problem I had with it, is that it doesn't rise and is heavy. So I fixed it up a little by adding 1/2 teaspoon of Guar Gum per cup of Flapjack Mix and 1/8 teaspoon of Baking Powder per cup of Flapjack Mix...before storing it in a moth-proof plastic jug with a screw-top lid.Most Gluten-Free items need that extra boost to all its flours ...so it doesn't hurt to add it. It's also recommended to add 1/2 tsp. or 1 whole teaspoon of vinegar to the batter.

We love this gluten-free pancake mix! With kids who have celiac, it’s sometimes tough to find good options at our local grocery stores, so we were happy to find this online. The pancakes come out fluffy and tasty, and everyone in the family enjoys them, even those who don’t need to eat gluten-free. Also works well when making waffles, muffins, etc. Highly recommend!

Nothing can compare. It can be regular or gluten free these are by far the best pancakes I have ever had . Before I lived the regular in this brand but wow these are better. I have eaten every pancake you can imagine but when I tested gluten free yuck . Since I love this brand I said let's see. WOWZER taste texture you name it it's delicious. I think ill go on a pancake diet for a week lol.
