Bought for my wifes arthritic knees. A bit fiddly to put on but works. The heat control button however has a mind of its own. Battery life fine as long as you charge it overnight

Although not the best battery life & design it has given me knee relief today!

Product is okay but customer service is zero.You will receive a card which says 50 % off to buy an extra battery. But when you email them , they would ask you to contact via Facebook, when you do that, nobody replies your message, no one. Even I cannot understand when we buy from amazon, why don't we get a chance to get 50 %off from amazon account to buy the extra battery and we have to join into their groups on Facebook which no one contact to request buying 50 % off the price of batteries which no one is bothered to reply.

Not for walks.. power buttons gets pressed easily and power switches off.. battery heating doesnt last long.. not very useful for me..

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and have osteoarthritis quite badly in most of major joints so I thought I'd give this a try while suffering a Fibromyalgia flare up.It fits really well, I'd give it a 4 out of 5 for comfort if you're wearing it with your leg up or laying on a bed, I personally don't think you could wear it comfortably walking around. It is really good at helping with the pain though, the 3 levels of heat with the compression it really does help.

As a novice runner, my knee sometimes gives me pain and I was looking for some alternative therapy to try and alleviate the pain. I've got the Arris jacket, so thought I'd give this a try.Comes packed in a sealed envelope,, presumably from the seller - which is good, as it means Amazon can't lose the battery. There is the knee-wrap, battery, charger/adapter, instructions and a cable to connect battery to the knee-wrap.Battery took about 90 mins to charge from delivery - blue LEDs stop flashing.The neoprene material is a nice feel, and the wrap fits easily across my knee - the wrap mechanism allows fitting to range of knee girths!Upon connecting, there are three heat settings, and I used the warmest "red" which did get my knee nice and toasty. After 30 mins use, my knee did feel better - it might be psychological, I don't know - but felt better than normally leaving it alone.The battery lasts about an hour on full heat, which is more than sufficient - and allows 30 mins on each knee...Easy to use, and if you want to try a different pain relief mechanism - try this.

This heated knee support has made my life so much more comfortable from the relentless pain of arthritis.My only regret is not having one sooner.Thanks Arris
