You never go wrong with uni-ball
SX-210 is the smoothest pen i have come across and the grip is not bad, and these refills are packaged v nicely.

Been using this for a long time. Still writes as smooth as ever, although a bit messy at times. Just want to point out that its 1.0mm (or 0.1cm) and NOT 0.1mm. Everyone has got this wrong, including the sellers.
