Good dollar value.
Very enjoyable for the money. Mainly wanted it for my own roms. Has roms preinstalled, but I usually just use my own. Good screen. Sound is ok too. Very pocketable. Nice fit and finish. Buttons are acceptable to me. Color buttons are a nice fun touch. 5 stars for the dollar value.

DO NOT BUY
Received this item with a scratched up screen and faulty hardware. The device randomly shuts off at different time intervals unexpectedly which clearly indicates faulty hardware and makes it unusable. Seller claimed it was brand new when it’s clearly been used.

Buy for the HW
Distributor fills with "obtained" roms. Bought to load up retrofw & curate the game selection for christmas. When I started FFVII it played the cutscenes w/o frame skip so, save a cheap but upgradable battery, does all the things. Comes with the EB0 prototype so you know they mean business. Rom selection is curated but not well (arknoid, barbie, etc), & is all alphabetized. So, trust me, take the 5 minutes to reflash. Wipe the roms, do it for Nintendo.

Great, but best if your tech savvy
This thing is awesome, but it’s a little annoying. The built-in emulator for GameBoy advance is slow, and it’s hard to add games on the stock firmware. You can look up tutorials and add custom firmware called retro FW, and it works great. You can add your own ROMs emulators ETc. Also, they have a discord server and the support channel so you can get any of the help you need. It’s kind of hard to sit up, but emulates everything well, and some PS one games. The PS1 games run at a high frame Rate, but it’s like you’re playing them in slow Mo. Either way, great consul, comes with a ton of games inside, And is great for beginners and advanced people are like. Just don’t expect to play any n64 games. you can also over clock it in settings. Up to about 642 MHz and it’s stable. The base clock is 600 MHz.
