BTMAGIC Car Phone Mount, Universal Cup Phone Holder for Car, Ultimate Hands-Free Phone Holder for Car Dashboard, Washable Super Suction Cup (Black 8)

Phones used: LG-V40, Samsung Note 10 +, iPhone 8 +, iPhone 11 Pro Max... I bought one for my wife and one for myself. My wife used hers for about week. It was secure in the cup holder but the 'joint' on the 'bendy arm' simply is not tight enough, cannot tighten it so its not wobbly. With mine, I have the same issue. Also with mine, the phone holder itself moves WAY too much no matter how tight I try to make it. My wife only used hers for a week before giving up. Also, if you have a pop-socket or Ring finger holder on the back of the phone, you may have an issue. I seem okay with the pop socket but my wife's phone kept coming off with the Ring finger holder.It's Okay for a budget car mount but just okay. If you could spare the extra money, I'd invest in a better one, like WeatherTech (which are about $40 for the cup holder phone mounts). I wish I didn't cheap out.

for an iPhone 12 max pro. ... it bounces and flops around.it's not that easy to get it to fit tight in the cup holder, but once you've got it, that part works great.it's truly made for smaller phones. if you have a bigger phone, i wouldn't recommend, ... but for the price it's a great product.

Over all it's a nice phone holder. It fits in my cup holder, a little loosely but ok. My issue is the attachment for the phone to the neck of the base does not latch. It slides in but it slides right out. Almost perfect. Think I'll use the sticky stuff on the back of the attachment. Wait I didn't get any sticky stufff. Glad it was cheap.

Love it! It’s sturdy yet easy to adjust. And it holds my iPhone 11 pro max with no issues and yes has room to spare for a bigger phone!Only Con to it isOne of the little tabs to twist the base did break when expanding it to fit my cup holder in my 2017 Honda Civic, it just snapped while twisting the base but still managed to get it done

So I have a Samsung note 10+ and it fits but doesn't. The cup holder part is awesome super easy install but the mechanism that holds your phone isn't the greatest. Doesn't lock my phone in. The bottom things that are suppose to keep your phone up don't stay so your phone slides out. Forget about trying to put it sideways does not hold.

My new phone does not fit as well. I have had trouble with suction staying in cup holder. It does rotate phone easy and holds it in place. It does take up a lot of space in the small cup area because of gear shift.

****EDIT**** This review has been updated from 3 stars to 5. I am happy to report that you may have to push very hard to lock into place. (Yes it will feel as if it’s going to break) So far it does what I need for it to do for the most part, however; when I make a certain turn sometimes my phone falls completely down due to the way it was constructed. No matter how tight I make it in the cup holder, the actual foundation for holder stays down but the phone falls from off top!
