Fixed blender good value

These were just what I needed to refurbish a Kitchenaid Blender I picked up cheaply. Easy to change, especially as it comes with the tool. Seem to work perfectly well. Ordered Sunday after and delivered Monday morning, cheap and does the job, no complaints here.

A fraction of the price of a genuine kitchenaid one and you get 2 with the order. Easy to fit and so far no issues after daily use for a month

Tough to undo old one so I used some oil to help next time.

After ten years of heavy use (weaning my two children, soups, cocktails, smoothies) the teeth on my KitchenAid mixer had slowly perished one by one. I got this hoping it would work and apart from taking a bit of elbow grease to get off it was easy to replace and works as good as new! So pleased!

I've had my KitchenAid blender since December 2000. I've had to replace the rubber coupler once before. This time Whirpool, who provide parts for KitchenAid, quoted me £25.99 plus P&P for one replacement coupler but couldn't say for definite when I rang them that it would fit my old model. So I ordered the part on Amazon - not one, but two couplers plus the K spanner needed for fitting. Cost me £5.82 plus £3.99 P&P. The coupler is not only an exact fit but I now have a spare ready for when it next needs replacing (probably around 2030!). Very happy customer.

Items arrived quickly but unfortunatley when I came to trying to get the old broken coupler the wrench supplied turned out to be v poor standard steel and broke. Fortunatley I found an old wrench (from a different supplier) which got the head off. New head went on with no problem but on its first use to make some breadcrumbs two teeth sheared off so dont have much confidence the 2nd head will last any better. A real case of "you get what you pay for"

For the price this does the trick and I now have a spare coupler as two were supplied. The only downsides were the absence of any fitting instructions and the poor quality of the spanner which was not up to the job. The KitchenAid coupler is removed in a clockwise direction and fitted/tightened anti-clockwise. Do not use the spanner if your broken/existing coupler is stuck hard on the drive shaft as the spanner will not withstand much turning force as the metal is quite soft. The best method to remove the old coupler is by gently levering the old coupler up and off the driveshaft - as detailed on AppliancePartsPros video on YouTube. I did not realise that the coupler's threaded base was aluminium and levering it off gently with a screwdriver as shown in the video would not cause damage to the drive shaft as it was made of steel. Remember to put a thin piece of plastic or something protective under the screwdriver to prevent the body of the KitchenAid blenderfrom getting chipped or scratched.

Da tempo non usavo più il mio bellissimo frullatore KitchenAid per sta rondella ingranaggio che anni fa presi all assistenza a Bergamo e mi arrivò si ma una e mi costo più o meno 35 euro! Non avevo pensato di cercarla qui! Montata e il frullatore va! Sono molto soddisfatto.

Les coupleurs en caoutchouc EsportsMJJ pour Kitchenaid sont pratiques et font le job ! Ils s’adaptent bien et sont faciles à installer avec l’outil de suppression inclus. Parfaits pour remplacer des pièces usées, mais la qualité semble un peu moins robuste que les pièces originales. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour une solution rapide.
