We love it. Just follow the directions and it’s easy to assemble. Well built not cheap. Looks like a real fireplace. And the heater and flame feature works awesome. Different flame settings. Back light. Perfect for those chilly mornings when you need a little more heat. We like the fact you can run fireplace without the heat. Worth the money

I am very happy with this purchase! It arrives in two boxes. The firebox is about 35 lbs. and the frame and hardware is about 71 lbs. The boxes looked kinda beat up but everything was well padded with cardboard and styrofoam, and the "wood" pieces are all individually wrapped to prevent scratching. It's a lovely and classic piece of furniture. I'd say the color is more of a dark cherry. Everything is working and the only issue I had was getting the screws in that hold the front edge of the mantle in place. The holes are so close to the bottomside of the mantle that it's a little difficult to reach in from the back and screw them in ........ not a lot of turning clearance. Also, one of the cam holes was missing the plastic insert where the cam screws in place. Not a big deal as the part that was involved was the side piece around the firebox and it is held in place with wood screws, so it's very secure. Free delivery was quick. It only took a week to come in. I feel the directions were clear and once I had unboxed and checked everything it took about about 4 hours to assemble by myself (65 year-old female). Goes perfectly with my ships clock and ocean painting. Can't speak to how large an area it heats yet as the nighttime temps are mid-70's right now, but it's so pretty I'd keep it just for the look!

My heat system failed during a cold spell and as covid delays had me waiting for servicers, this fireplace/heater saved me from freezing to death! I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly it warmed the room! It took an hour to assemble, easy enough for me. It is mostly engineered pressed board, but it was well done and looks GREAT. Fits a 55 inch TV on top.

Overall satisfied with it, assembly was easy with the one glitch being the alignment dowels holes were too big for the dowels, they are just for alignment and I just glued them in with some tooth picks to center them rather than hit the store for larger ones. The holes were about 7/16" the dowels were 3/8", I considered this a small snag so lose 1 star.fully assembled it looks great and the fire box flames are convincing enough, I like the ability to adjust the flame and log intensity. We rarely use the heating feature but it's nice to have it and mine work well keeping to the chosen temp.If they get the dowel thing fixed I'd give it 5 stars.

Absolutely love this fireplace! The finish and details are gorgeous. The size is perfect for our bedroom, and doesn't feel small at all. Love the fact that it has a thermostat, the flame and logs have separate brightness controls, it has a nice light feature inside you can turn off and on, and the remote control is great. It puts out a good amount of heat if you want it to. I was able to put it together without any issue in about an hour. It's heavy so my husband had to help once or twice to hold it/move it, but that was it. Couldn't be happier!

I have been so upset with this product and would have returned it but I had already put several pieces together and could not take them apart to fit inside the box. It looks beautiful in the picture. However, to try to put it together.. even with my husband’s help., Screwing in some parts broke apart the pieces.. very fragile because it is not made of wood.. electric fireplace is fine.. it is the furniture piece itself... very cheaply made.. if I could have returned it, I would have..

It arrived in perfect condition. It did arrive with a rather large hole in the box, but bc the packaging was done so well, nothing was damaged, just like some of the reviews had said. GREAT JOB on that! The expresso color is perfect, and it looks like real wood. I put it tgether by myself, wirh only a few complications having to do with the instructions. Thank goodness for the steps, and drawing that helped. I especially love the features, with or without using the heater. It even has a additional light that illuminates the brick look on both sides, and the flames are adjustable. I added 2 photos after it was put together. I am going to mount the screen tv on the wall above it, and hide the cords. It's perfect for what I wanted. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Amazon
