I have used this product for years. It is the best seasoning available for soup or anything you are cooking and want to add a delicious flavor without adding an animal product to your food. I also use the beefy flavoring. Great for gravies! Not that I try to fool anyone, but you cannot tell they are vegetarian at all. Very lovely seasoning especially for vegetarian or vegans. You can season anything including stews, potatoes, tofu to make tofu scramble and many other savory dishes.
