This was actually my second camera. I got one for my granddaughter 2 years ago when she turned 4 and now her 4 year old brother takes hers! I ordered a few different ones for Xmas trying to find something alittle different so they wouldn’t fight but they could not compare to this one and I returned them! It’s well made, has a large screen size, and the picture quality is actually decent for what it is. It’s rechargeable so no batteries to worry about… and it’s very easy to use. This is a great child’s first camera and a great value for your money!! Don’t shop just buy this one.

This product was delivered to my grandchildren in Boston. I got each grand a camera - totaling 3. They are planning a long RV trip through many states to visit their other grandparents and I though a camera would be a perfect gift for all to take their own photos of what impresses them. I already purchased the same make of camera for another grandchild and he loved it! He took it on a vacation to Disneyland and showed me the photos that he took. So I already knew it was a good camera for children. Photos are treasured memories of special moments of whatever that child is impressed with. It's a great special gift to give to a loved one who is going away on a trip.

We were looking for a simple to use camera for our four year old, to take on a family trip. We bought another model, with high ratings, but found that the "camera" function was lost among all the other game and similar non-camera options. It was hard to find the camera function, and easy to switch away and struggle to get it back. So, we went looking and found this one. While not as simple as it could be (a simple button that says "take photos" would be nice) it is much easier to use. We were happy with it - until two problems:1. The image quality really is pretty poor. I've shot digital since 1999 and the quality of the photos from this camera is not better than from those early models.2. At the end of the third day of our vacation I went to download the photos to my laptop. I received an error and couldn't get any photos over the cable. I switched off the camera, took out the memory card, and tried getting the photos from that: Windows reported that the card was corrupted and needed formatting. I have since tried many other ways and was unable to get the photos. Fortunately, I had a spare 32 GB card with me and inserted that new one. I formatted the replacement with the camera format tool and that one worked properly.So, as a toy for a 4 year old, it may be fine. But don't expect to get any decent photos from it - even a 10 year old cell phone gives better shots.

My daughter (5) loves this camera. It's simple for her to use. I chose this camera over the ones that print the pictures because she is still learning to take good pictures and I like that we can put the memory card in my laptop and chose which pictures to print versus her printing every picture she takes. Also, my daughter is not very gentle with things and this camera seems to be sturdy enough for her.

I was so excited to get this for my five-year-old grandson who loves to take pictures with my cell phone and he’s pretty good at photography! Both of us were extremely disappointed at how difficult it was to figure out how to use the camera, the directions were not helpful at all. Previous reviews led me to believe that it would be very easy for a five year old to use… We both became very frustrated quickly and could not figure out how to use some of the screens and what the stickers were for? It was even confusing how to turn the camera on and off. I would not recommend this purchase for anyone.

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas back in September. I wish I didn't purchase it so early because now I can't return it. Otherwise I would. She was so excited about getting a camera. But the picture quality is horrible, it's blurry no matter what I do to help it. The battery doesn't stay charged. I do not recommend this camera at all. Total waste of money!

A super little camera. Easy to operate residual for little fingers.The only downside, no matter what mp you put it on, the screen quality looks a little fuzzy.But otherwise, good battery life, great features and a brilliant camera for kids
