Epic
This is an amazing set to level up your DnD! The card holder looks epic and well made! There is ALOT more cards then I was excepting which will be fantastic until I can get the official DnD spell cards in there (waiting till DnD ONE). The dice bad is a nice size and good material, and even though the icon on it looks worn out, I think that just makes it a bit cooler since I mostly bought this for the card holder to make spell casting easier.

It's just what I hoped it was!
Solid quality, the cards don't slip out, leather friction clasp works well, wet or dry erase works on the cards and they don't smudge when you slide them into the book. I use it with the pre made spell cards mostly but have some custom items on the marked cards, you can put cards back to back to have left and right pages, plenty of room for all my spells. I keep my prepared spells in the first bunch of pages then put around 8 cards into one slip in the back for spells I might want to prepare. Only thing I don't love is the pages are fastened to the spine directly in the middle not like a typical book binding, this makes it kinda have two halves to the book but it doesn't effect performance at all, in fact you could use it to have two distinct sections for spells/equipment or char1/char2.Awesome for the price, the bag is neat too.

Not a bad little spell book!
I’ve been wanting to get away from digital apps in my in person game and concentrate with paper, pen, and other physical tools. This will help organize my cleric’s spells in that endeavor. I’ve already purchased all the spell cards so slotting them in was no issue. I’d recommend fine tipped dry erase markers and letting the ink dry for a while before inserting the cards in to the sleeves to avoid smudging. The sleeves themselves are wider than the official D&D card stock, so they might shift around a bit. Keeping the sleeves doubled up and in the bag included should keep them from falling out while in transport. The outside of the book is nice aesthetically for the price and holds shut in normal use. Overall I’m quite happy with the purchase and look forward to using it in my CoS campaign!

Aesthetically pleasing and functional, with only a few nits to pick
Good news, this product looks and feels as good as you hope it will. The evergreen version looks natural and appropriate to match my rugged D&D aesthetic. Despite there being no snap, the strap and material ring does hold the book closed nicely. The book is also not huge, so it wont take up too much table space like a card binder might. The card sleeves fit D&D spellcards, as well as the quality dry/wet erase cards that accompany the tome. The sleeves are not too tight either, allowing you to easily double up with two cards in each sleeve. And the bonus bag is a fine addition for carrying the book or plenty of dice. The bad/unexpected news is that the spell book has two separate bindings inside for the car sleeves. Not inherently bad but different than expected. It could work as a natural divder between two character's spells or between spells and other abilites that you might write on the dry erase cards, but it definitely makes the book feel divided. The sleeves aren't too loose in general, but if you hold the book upside down when not strapped shut and give it a light shake all the spell cards will fall out, even on the sleeves where I had upto three cards held. Maybe that's common sense for open top sleeves but just try not to open it upside down; or you may like me wish the sleeves were a little more lean and form fitting. The worst part for me is the strap that keeps the book shut just lingers in the way when opened. Unless you have the book press flat to the table the strap will be in the way of your sight, so I am attempting to train it by bending it backwards, otherwise you have to hold it behind the book to remove it from view. I wish it was removable, but that would detract from the total aesthetic. Conclusion: if you want a cool looking book to pull out at a D&D session that will hold all your spells/abilities cards (up to 60 when doubled up), then this is precisely the small tome for you. The bag and reusable cards both make the value well worth the price ($16.99 as of my purchase). But if you want a more compact or larger more functional card binder than you may not love it as much. If you know a D&D player who uses cards then this would be a quality gift.

Quality Items
These not only look great, they fully cover your cards. I had bought other spellbook and card holders in this small profile size, but the cards and pages extruded from the spine so that the book cover wasn't useful. These fit within the outer covers and look great. Clear pages too, which was a problem with other brands. I've bougt around 5 of these so far and hope to purchase more. They are a very cool way to have the spells at your call, but also don't take up huge space on the table.

Great spell book
This is a really good book to have for spell casters. Keeps things very organized and easy to search for spells. The deck of cards are useful for makeshift item cards. Over all a great tool to have for DnD.

Amazing quality!
The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t sure about this because it seemed like a new product with not many reviews. The reviews I saw were very good. I was not disappointed! The quality is amazing, the colour is great, and it was quick and low cost. I can’t wait to go on our next adventure with it! It’s going to make the whole process a lot more convenient.

Excellent solution for tracking spells and items, with a couple off minor flaws
I love the look and feel of the exterior of the book. It is beautifully designed and is quite tactile. The inside was a bit blah but this got better with every card I put in. I am using this system enthusiastically, but there are two things that were not disappointing exactly, but put me off a bit. Firstly, it took me a bit of hunting to find erasable markers that were fine enough to write even a condensed spell of the cards. Once I did, they are great. Secondly, the slots in the book are considerably larger than the cards. This reinforces my desire for the cards to be a bit bigger, BUT it does mean that it can accommodate cards from some of my other, larger, systems. On the whole, it's very likely I will buy another of these for other characters.
