It’s easy to install and use. I think they’re a little pricey, but I did buy enough to last all winter.

The first time I ordered, the filter came as described. The next two times, a defective product. Just a plastic casing. Would recommend buying direct.

Our water comes from our private well. Adding this filter made a huge difference in the amount of white dust that was on our (black) humidifier every morning.

I ordered two of these to replace my current filters in my cloud humidifiers. I have had these filters before, so I know the cap typically cannot be removed and the filter is supposed to be filled with a material (likely carbon) to actually perform the filtering function. What I received is only the plastic case - no core. This will not do anything to filter the water of the humidifier.

I ordered one a few weeks ago, which came in good working condition so I ordered a second for my other humidifier. Like others, this came broken and without an actual filter within the plastic casing.

I ordered this product before but directly through the seller it was great. I ordered it off Amazon and the product came defective. I contacted the seller and didn't get a response to get a replacement. Very disappointed

In the instructions for the filter the cap is shown on but the cap doesn’t stay on at all. The filter is just plastic with some holes and without the cap I don’t see how it’s supposed to filter at all.

Just like other reviews, I placed 2 separate orders and both cartridges did not include an actual filter in them and the lid does not stay on.
