Pills are advertised as small, yet they are quite large. They are very hard to swallow, but my knee joints feel somewhat better, so I'll keep taking them.

Capsules are MUCH easier for me to swallow that caplets and that's the main reason I bought these. My arthritis seems to have improved greatly on my hands, fewer less sensitive hot spots and less pronounced on the knuckles. Could be due to a lot of things, but I am taking these.
